Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

General Information

  • I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request.

  • The estimated completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the number of ongoing commissions.

  • Please respond to questions or revision requests within a reasonable time. Long periods of inactivity may delay your commission.

Commission Process

  • The client provides all necessary information, including references, character details, style preferences, pose, outfit, and background requests.

  • I will confirm the price and details of the commission before starting.

  • Work begins after payment has been received.

  • The sketch stage includes reasonable changes to the pose, composition, and important details.

  • I will provide regular progress updates throughout the commission.

Payment

  • Payment must be made either: 100% upfront before I start the commission, or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval.

  • The final artwork will not be delivered until the full payment has been received.

  • No refunds after sketch approval.

Usage Rights and Copyright

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all commissions are for personal use only.

  • Personal use includes using the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, personal posts, or other non-commercial purposes.

  • Client may post my artwork online with credit.

  • Commercial rights may require an additional fee and a separate agreement.

  • I retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork.

  • I may use finished artwork for my portfolio, social media, advertising, and commission examples unless discussed otherwise.

  • My artwork may not be used for AI training.

  • My artwork may not be used for NFTs or blockchain-related projects without my permission.
