I may decline any commission at their discretion before payment is accepted.

The Client may cancel the project before payment is made.

The client provides all necessary information, including references, character details, art style examples, pose, outfit, and background requests.

I can work in variety of art styles (anime, manga, semi-realistic, yume, cartoon, minimalistic, sketch-based, painterly, dark, comic, fantasy, cute, stylized artwork, etc.). However, I do not replicate the specific styles of individual artists or create exact copies of their work. I can take general stylistic preferences and references into consideration while maintaining my own artistic approach.

The estimated completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the number of ongoing commissions.

I will confirm the price and details of the commission before starting.

Payment must be made full upfront.

Work begins after payment has been received.

Payments are non-refundable.

The client will receive: a high-resolution PNG/JPG of finished artwork, a watermark-free version, and a speedpaint video of the process.

The sketch stage includes reasonable changes to the pose, composition, and important details.

The client can also request reasonable color changes to specific elements during the flat color stage.

I will provide regular progress updates.

Please respond to questions asap. Long periods of inactivity may delay your commission.

I retain full copyright and ownership of the work.

Unless otherwise agreed, all commissions are for personal use only.

Personal use includes using the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, personal posts, or other non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use requires an upgraded license, purchased before I start working on commission:

Digital commercial license: streaming overlays, monetized YouTube thumbnails, paid digital products, advertising, and any other monetized digital use. Fee: +100% of the full price.

Physical commercial license: merchandise, prints, stickers, posters, and any other physical product sold or distributed. Fee: +200% of the full price.

The Client may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the work outside the granted license.

I may display the artwork in my portfolio and my socials unless the Client requested confidentiality in writing before I start working on commission.

When the Client posts the artwork publicly, the Client must credit me.

I do not use generative AI to produce any part of the work.

The Client may not use the work, in whole or in part, as training data for AI models, as input to AI image-generation tools, or to produce derivative AI outputs. This restriction survives delivery.
